I made these cute little mini cheesecakes for our last meeting of recipe club tomorrow. This month's category is desserts (my favorite!) I found the recipe on Bakerella's blog (see her link on the right). This recipe is super easy...and super good. I can't stop eating them! I think it's cause they're small. Fewer calories, right?!!
