Wednesday randomness

Is it really Wednesday already?? In a way it feels like it should be Friday because I am sooo tired. But on the other hand it seems like these days are just flying by. We have 2 more days of school and then a week off for Thanksgiving. Woo hoo!! Is it wrong that the thing I'm looking forward to the most is sleeping in?? No?? Ok good.

My husband actually asked me today 'How come you're so tired??' Anyone want to answer that for him??? Geez, I think I need to buy him a book...

Some type of flu or virus has hit our home. Kinda wondered when it would strike. My daughter woke up this morning with a sore throat and I figured it was just sinus drainage cause I've had that off and on for weeks. But after school she just wasn't feeling good and now she has a mild fever. Here we go!! Hopefully she can kick this quick...and without getting the rest of us sick! So Thanksgiving break may be arriving early for her (and not in a good way).

Tucker has fit right in to our little family. He is just sooo sweet. I love him to pieces!!! He's really good about going potty outside. If he has to go, he'll go in the first 2 minutes of walking around outside. None of this 'sniff every square inch of the yard til I find the peeerrrfect spot' like my other dog.

I am 9 weeks pregnant today and quite honestly I feel like I'm 4 mos (but without the joy of feeling a baby move!). I really hope I'm not as big as a house by month 9! BUT...if I am, it's all worth it for this little peanut :)
I've been pricing baby stuff and *whoa* stuff has gotten expensive!! I did save some stuff from the other kiddos (crib, bassinet, swing) but other stuff like strollers, car seats, stuff like that I got rid of. I mean, it's been 7 yrs since I've been pregnant! Almost like having a first one all over again. And all the little things add up fast. I'm already planning on making some of my own blankets & similar stuff. In fact, I picked up some new Dr. Seuss fabric today for burp cloths. Most of that I'll probably wait to do til after the baby is born since I won't know what I'm having.

I did manage to find a changing table at a thrift market that's gonna get a fresh coat of paint. I'm thinking blue like Virginia did to hers (although she made hers into a shelf...something I might do after it's done it's duty!)

And by the way, the Bumbo has to be one of the best things ever invented. I *so* could've used that with Olivia. She always wanted to sit up. Definitely gonna get one of those.

So tomorrow I guess I'll be hanging out at the house cleaning since I'll have a sickie at home. Hopefully the rest of you out there are staying well!!

I can't decide what's more adorable you're puppy or you and your baby bump!! If I one day decide to get pregnant I definitely want to take a picture of my belly each month! I love when people do that!

Tucker? I love it! I love him! And that face? Can't wait to snuggle him. I will have to fight the kids first.
I hope Olivia is feeling better soon. Hopefully it is one of those 24hr things.

Okay, first, you are always such a pretty pregnant mommy! I love the pic!

And second, why oh why does Olivia have to get sick in November?? Can't we all relax our prayers for the Whitlow family in November? ha ha I guess you just can't get away from it...

LOVE the puppy name. That's my golden's name. :O) Did you name him after mine since I sent you all those infertility emails? Ha!

You look gorgeous, too. Good for you!

Ya know, it just wouldn't be November if SOMEONE in your house wasn't sick! Hopefully this will be as bad as it gets.
