to the makers of Goof Off

It started like every other Sunday morning. Trying to get kids motivated to get ready for church, eating breakfast, the usual morning routine. Then, it was as if it happened in slow motion. My daughter twirling my nail polish bottle (which is discontinued and I can't get anymore of, but that's a topic for another discussion)

...where was I? Whoo, the fumes are getting to me.

Oh, my daughter twirling my bottle of nail polish precariously on the edge of my bathroom counter. And then it happened. Before I could say anything. It fell. And shattered on my tile floor. And the red nail polish went everywhere. All over the floor, the cabinets, shattered glass mixed in with that pretty red nail polish that I can't purchase anymore. I found drops of it 5 ft across the room.

That's where the Goof Off comes in.

I didn't have enough nail polish remover to effectively clean up. And to be quite honest, it wasn't cutting it with regard to my grout. Oh, my light beige grout. Makes me tear up just thinking about it.

Anyway, it may have taken nearly a whole bottle. And I think we lost a few hundred brain cells in the process (not a ton of ventilation in a bathroom, even with the vent on and the window open) but it all came up.

And my bathroom went from looking like this:

To this:
Yes, there is still some residual nail polish left. But quite honestly I don't think it's safe to be in that bathroom anymore without a face mask on. Did I mention your product has a strong smell?? But it was worth it.

And even though my house may have a pretty pungent smell for days and my husband couldn't remember my name for a hour or so, my bathroom floor and cabinets aren't ruined (and no longer look like a murder scene). The only nail polish that's left is what's on my toes.

And if you feel the need to pay me for this endorsement or send me some free product, feel free to contact me by the email at the top! I'm just sayin'...
