those crazy curls

My daughter used to have some cuh-raazy curls on that head of hers. When she was about a year old her hair started to be long enough to curl on the ends. By 2 1/2 this is what she had:

Oh yeah, told ya! The curls on her head were so tight that she didn't have shoulder length hair til she was nearly 4 yrs old. And by 6 yrs old most of the curls were gone. {{sigh}} I miss the curls. Her hair is wavy and thick and pretty but it's just not the same. I miss those curls!

Everything is from the latest Noel Mignon kit. I made that butterfly with some scrap ribbon and my Sizzix die. I also had one on my wooden photo collage project. You can find a tutorial on how to make them here. Such a great way to use up your ribbon scraps. And I have a lot of ribbon scraps! But I should warn ya...they're addicting!
